Activities Week 2019 Booklet.docx

Dear parent/carer, Before half-term all pupils will have received an Activities Week Booklet that explained about the new Activities Week, that is taking place in July 2019. An assembly was also given to explain the new format of the week. The booklet has information on the different activities available. There is a Choices Form at the back of the booklet that needs to be handed back so that we can allocate activities to pupils, without the form coming back in pupils are unlikely to get an activity they would like. The deadline for handing the Choice Form back was today, but we still do not have forms for every pupil yet. We are extending the deadline to Monday 5th November, so that more pupils can get activities they would like to do. Please note that the Italy and Battlefields trips are both now full. The Activities Week Booklet is attached, it is only the Choice Form on page 31 that would need printing and handing back.
