Neatherd High School: Sports Leaders - News from Coach Topping Another good day at the office... What a great bunch of pupils we have at this school! I have spent the afternoon with 15 of our Sports Leaders (on my day off so they needed to make it worthwhile) and it was a pleasure! Sam Woods, Hayden Rowe, Jamie Nunn, Craig Fenn, Jake Chapman, Anna Tugman, Tayler Sheridan, Emileigh Pears, Alice Older, Mollie O’Callaghan, Gintare Kucinskaite, Megan Holmes, Lauren Ellis, Shannon Elley, and Emily Davage did themselves proud. I had every faith in them as many of them ran a Multiskills Festival back in June, when only in Yr9, and they were strong then. The event organiser was once again impressed with the confidence and enthusiasm of our pupils when working with the youngsters. The quieter members of the group also really engaged with the children, proving this really is a worthwhile option for our pupils. Big thanks to the teachers if they were absent from your lessons.
