Neatherd High School: Year 8 Boys' Rugby - news update The new rules for tournaments at this level means there are no winners, no trophies, no finals. All teams in the county were seeded. There were 3 pools of 7 teams. We were in the top pool with Wymondham College, Wymondham High, KES and others. We beat last year’s finalists (Aylsham), but this was obviously going to be a tough day. We drew 3 games, lost 2 (but only in the last 2 minutes of each game). However we drew with the best team in the tournament – Wymondham High, so all the players had a tremendous day and did us all proud. Comment of the day from one of boys (in his first ever game): “Can I come off? I’m sweating!” Here is the squad: Lewis Pears, Kayhan Tokbay, Lewis Tomlin, Miguel Corte, Bradley Dack, Oscar Futter. Flynn Coxon, Joe Holzmann, Henry Furse, Sam Filby, Gabriel Borges, Ryan Selwin, Gwilym Hughes, Bradley Spinks, Andre Ford,Alexander Murray, Jaden Mackenzie Year 9s have their tournament next Monday!
