Neatherd High School: Girls' Rugby Development Day - report by Mr Fisher. Hosted by the Diss RFC Vixens at Diss RFC, this was a great event. Good day had by all at Diss Rugby Football Club with around 95 girls attending from different schools. Morning session was focussed on training and development of key skills. This was followed by a well earned rest and lunch break. The afternoon saw our girls play 4 back to back, full contact , games against rival schools. 3 wins, 1 loss- overall winners of the afternoon competition with the most tries. Excellent day had by all, two injuries (Chloe Webb in a sling unfortunately) and a great day ran by the RFU. But in the end a very positive and enjoyable day.
