Neatherd High School: Message from Mr O'Brien: "We are really pleased with how our students have started the new academic year. If there are issues - please tell us. It is always our aim to communicate with all parents and carers as quickly and as effectively as possible. Working together is really important. Miss Ford and Mrs Wickers are in Student Reception for day to day issues and the Heads of House are on hand for longer term concerns around progress, attitude or settling in. Ask to speak to Mrs Jacobs for issues in the community and more serious behaviour concerns and Mr O'Brien around safety and SEN needs. Please be aware that we cannot always meet parents without an appointment upon arrival at reception - especially at the start of the school day when we are busy with our students, just before or during lessons. Always try and make an appointment in advance so that we can arrange a meeting for you with the correct member of staff and the necessary information prepared. If you do need to speak to someone in an emergency or if it’s an urgent safeguarding matter, please do make this clear."
